JANUARY BOOK CLUB

A discussion and Q&A with Amanda Watson on her latest book, The Juggling Mother: Coming Undone in the Age of Anxiety. Amanda makes the controversial case that mothers who appear to be frantically juggling paid and unpaid work perpetuate established social inequities of race, gender, class, and ability—even as they take on stigma and an unfair share of the load.

We will have an open, candid conversation about our own experiences and how we can begin to shift this. This is a casual, conversation so make sure to make a warm cup of tea, some healthy snacks, and get cosy!

When: Sunday, January 16th from 10am - 11am (pst)

Where: Zoom (sign up link will be shared closer to the date)

EXCLUSIVE MEMBER PRICE | $50

Includes the NEW Thryve Membership ($8/month)

January Book Club Ticket

A copy of the Juggling Mother Book (shipping included)
