Our Thryve Circle is designed for women in motherhood who want to explore their expanded identity, ways to re-define balance, and identify what their values and purpose are in their lives with the support and wisdom of other women in motherhood. By meeting virtually with the same small group over a period of four weeks, you can discover new ideas, honour the changes and transformations and experience a deep connection and trust in a community of women—while also gaining new understanding about yourself.

what to expect

During the four weeks, in each Thryve Circle session, we will take a deep dive into one specific topic that relates to the intricacies of motherhood. You will have an opportunity to interact with the small group of like-minded women as well as take time to reflect of the self-discovery questions. With supportive guidance, you will build upon the topics of each week and serve as as resources for one another in discovering more about yourself, embracing the season of motherhood you are in and have the opportunity to stay open to new possibilities and potential.

THRYVE WELLNESS EXPERIENCE

During week one, Chanel Mulcahy, Breathwork and Sound Healing Practitioner will support all of us with a simple and practical Breathwork practice — a valuable tool when we are needing a little re-set in our day-to-day. During week four, Chanel will perform a soothing sound bowl meditation to help you completely relax and connect with yourself.

THRYVE’S CIRCLE HOST

About Casey

Casey James is the founder of Thryve, a community-driven resource for modern women in motherhood. Casey facilitates mothers to embrace their expanded identity through quarterly gatherings and one-on-one coaching. Started as a blog in 2018, Thryve has evolved into a space which connects like-minded women with experts within the motherhood, professional and wellness space. She also provides Brand and Marketing support for professional mothers and women-owned businesses. Casey speaks about ideas that lead to a strong sense of Self, supporting empowerment, and finding mindful moments in our busy day-to-day lives as mothers. Her own personal journey as a mother of two who transitioned into a new role as a mother, while continuing to be a purpose-driven professional has led her to where she is today. She encourages women to honour their strong sense of Self, re-define their self-care journey and grow into their new ’title’ as a mother. A former Brand and Marketing Director for a global luxury brand, Casey operated and worked side by side with her family, who owned a luxury retail and hospitality tea concept for 17 years. She achieved her Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Simon Fraser University and lives in West Vancouver, Canada with her husband and two children.
