Alignmethod Workshop 

Saturday, November 7th from 9:30am - 10:00am

A 40min Thryve members only workshop with Janet Kimmel, owner and founder of Alignmethod.


  • Discover how you can use the basics of every day breathing, release work, Hypopressives, functional movement and strength training to keep you feeling strong and connected, doing all the tasks and activities you enjoy doing, during pregnancy and postpartum. 

  • Includes a handout with exercises for self-practice at home.

The workshop will:

Be an introduction to breath work which includes the sought after technique developed in Europe called Hypopressives. This technique helps you find a balanced deep core connection and so reduce and manage concerns like diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse and hernias. 

Include functional movements like squats, deadlifts, single leg balance and how to do your crunches for the better results. 

Include how to troubleshoot your workout or daily movements for less symptoms, more connection and a stronger body so you can do all the activities you love doing feeling confident, strong and connected.
