Meet Casey

Founder and Creative Director of Thryve, Brand & Communications Strategist, Podcast Host & Advisor

With over two decades of experience in branding, content strategy, communications, and community leadership, I’ve helped organizations, founders, and creatives grow businesses that feel like home — and reconnect with the parts of themselves that often get buried in the chaos of building, parenting, and becoming.

But this isn’t just about brand strategy.

It’s also about life strategy. About holding space for the seasons we find ourselves in — especially as women — and learning how to create something meaningful from within them.

Why I Do This.

Because building something meaningful shouldn’t require you to lose yourself in the process.

Because women deserve spaces to feel seen — in work, in motherhood, and in life.

Because strategy and passion can coexist — beautifully.

My Journey of
In Her Season

Navigating the journey of motherhood was a profound turning point for me. As someone who always had a strong sense of identity, I struggled with how to maintain my wellness, creative expression, and career — all while being a present, hands-on mother. For a while, I put myself aside.

But what I’ve learned (after two children and many transitions) is this: doing so only leads to depletion. When we listen to our own needs — our intuitive, deep-rooted knowing — we give ourselves and our families the greatest gift of all: a whole, authentic version of us.

In Her Season is a branch of Thryve — a more personal space rooted in self-discovery, creative rebirth, and real conversation about who we are as women navigating motherhood, change, ambition, and identity.

Here, I share my own stories and open the door for others to share theirs — through the podcast, through circles and community, and through the work we do together.

Because adding “mother” to your title doesn’t take you further from who you’re meant to be.
It brings you closer.

Let’s journey together.

xo,
Casey

Kind Words | Clients & Podcast

  • "This podcast is fantastic. I can relate so much. Made me a little bit emotional to listen to something for ME and not about how to parent better and more consciously (which in the end comes down to our own wellbeing as well)."
